REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where you order multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw using any of the following:

  • The "Returns and Cancellations" button available on our website, which you can use without logging in. After clicking it, you confirm your request in two steps by providing your name and order reference (or the email address used for the order), and you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email.
  • The model withdrawal form provided below.
  • Any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw, sent to support@mheformula.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return Conditions

  • For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed consumable products cannot be returned once the safety seal has been opened. Products with an intact, unbroken seal may be returned in their original packaging. This does not affect your rights in respect of defective or non-conforming goods (see Section 6).
  • You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
  • Unless the return results from an MHE error (e.g. wrong, defective, or damaged item), you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Refunds

Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods (Statutory Guarantee)

Independently of the right of withdrawal, EU law gives you a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping.
